We do not collect your data. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with anyone. ApexSet has no servers, no user accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. There is nowhere for your data to go, because we never built a place to send it.
Everything you enter into ApexSet (workouts, sets, reps, weights, templates, bodyweight entries) is stored locally on your device only, using Apple's on-device storage. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party, because ApexSet does not have a network backend to send it to.
If you use iCloud device backups, your data may be included the same way any other app's local data is: that's Apple's backup system, governed by Apple's own privacy policy, not something ApexSet initiates or controls.
If you choose to grant access, ApexSet reads your body weight and BMI from Apple Health so it can chart your body composition over time. This is optional, and only happens with your explicit permission, granted through Apple's own permission prompt.
ApexSet lets you export your data (CSV export) or share a workout summary using iOS's own share sheet. These are actions you initiate and control: you choose the destination, whether that's Files, Messages, email, AirDrop, or anywhere else iOS offers. ApexSet itself does not send this data anywhere on its own.
ApexSet does not require or offer account creation. It does not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or third-party trackers of any kind. No data is sold, rented, or shared with data brokers, advertisers, or anyone else. We have none to share it with, and we wouldn't if we did.
ApexSet does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information from anyone at all: everything stays on-device.
If a future version of ApexSet adds features that involve a server or an optional account (for example, syncing across your own devices), this policy will be updated first, and any such feature will be opt-in, never required to use the app.
